Vi havde slidt den gamle Panasonic op - og jeg har søgt nettet tyndt for anmeldelser på bagemaskiner for at finde den bedste. Den her nye model fra Panasonic skulle så være den bedste. Maskinen fylder ikke så meget som den gamle model - selvom den stadig kan lave de helt store sandwichbrød. Der er programmer til at lave syltetøj, grød osv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Og hvilken succes. Det er nok det bedste sandwich/rugbrød vi nogensinde har bagt :-) Det bliver bare meget bedre i bagemaskinen end i en traditionel ovn.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lige nu snurrer en chokolade-hasselnøddekage i maskinen til kaffen....uhmmm vi glæder os allerede. Opskrift på kage følger :-)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Opskrift på mørkt sandwichbrød/rugbrød&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Ingredienser:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;425 ml. vand (ca. 40 gr.)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 æg (skal stå ca. 5 min på køkkenbordet for lige at få lidt "varme")&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 spsk. olie&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 tsk. eddike (jeg bruger hvidvinseddike - forbedre hæveevnen)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 spsk. brunt sukker&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 spsk. rørsukker&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 1/2 tsk. salt&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;600 gr. Doves Farm mørkt brødmel&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;0,75 dl. boghvedegryn&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 tsk. tørgær&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sådan gør du:&lt;br /&gt;1. Pisk æggene og tilsæt alle de flydende ingredienser i bagemaskinens skål&lt;br /&gt;2. Tilsæt mel, gryn, sukker, salt og drys til sidst gær på toppen.&lt;br /&gt;3. Start bagemaskinen på "glutenfrit program"&lt;br /&gt;4. Det smager også skønt at toppe en skive af brødet med mozzarellaost og så give det en tur under grillen i ovnen.....meget bedre end de gængse pizzasnegle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 stk. medium brød&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Du skal bruge:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3 æg&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3 dl. kærnemælk&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3/4 dl. mælk&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;2 tsk. citronsaft&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 1/2 spsk. honning&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3 spsk. færdig pesto (vær OBS på om der er gluten i)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 spsk. oliven olie&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 tsk. salt&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;350 gr. Doves Farm White Bread Flour&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 spsk. GFG - Glutenfri gluten&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;1 spsk. tørgær&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Pisk æg, kærnemælk og mælk sammen og hæld i bagemaskinens skål.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tilsæt citronsaft, honning, pesto, olie og salt&lt;br /&gt;3. Bland mel og GFG og tilsæt det til blandingen&lt;br /&gt;4. Til sidst strøes tørgær på toppen&lt;br /&gt;5. Sæt maskinen til Basis program, medium brød og light eller mellem skorpe&lt;br /&gt;6. Når brødet er bagt færdigt - så sluk bagemaskinen og lad brødet stå i maskinen i 10 min. inden det tages på og køler helt af på en bagerist&lt;br /&gt;7. Det giver det lækreste brød. Eddiken der er brugt hjælper det glutenfrie mel til at hæve bedre. Tilsæt 2 dl kogende vand. Lad blandingen stå i ca. 5 min.&lt;br /&gt;Tilsæt vand, mælk, kulør, salt, sukker.&lt;br /&gt;Bland mel med Glutenfri Gluten og tørgær og tilsæt den til blandingen.&lt;br /&gt;Røres på maskine i ca. 5-10 min.&lt;br /&gt;Fordel dejen i en smurt form eller en form foret med bagepapir og lad&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;brødet hæve lunt og tildækket i ca. 1 time.&lt;br /&gt;Bag ca. 40 min i varm ovn ved 200 grader. Brug ikke varmluft - det gør brødet tørt.&lt;br /&gt;Tag brødet ud af formen og dæk med et rent viskestykke.
